High-efficiency and energy-saving PET crystallization dry delivery system.
Plastic raw materials of moisture absorption are widely used in plastic injection molding, blow molding and extrusion.If the process is not handled properly, these materials absorb moisture into the particles, which will have a negative impact on the quality of products and possibly result in a series of defective products. In order to avoid defective products during the process, DYUN has developed precise, reliable and high-efficiency dehumidifiers. Two-tower structure and Siemens PLC control is adopted in DY series of high-performance PET crystallization dry delivery system. Because high-tech process and principles were introduced to the design of dehumidifiers, optimal solution is created, so that dehumidifiers are of the following features as high-efficiency molecular sieving, low air pressure loss of airlines, good heat exchange system, reverse air current between dry Pipeline and renewable pipeline, and low energy consumption and so on. High performances can make moisture-absorption plastics raw materials effectively get rid of the moisture to ensure stable high-quality production.

Siemens PLC control, is equipped with multiple protective functions for temperature control: 1) touch type display control screen, used for setting of operating parameters and personalized programming for different applications and needs; 2) wind or water heat exchanger, using brass and aluminium heat sink for cooling return air and closed loop regenerated air from drying tower; 3) function of "closing down for blasting" for preventing overheating of raw materials: automatically close down heating device, and fan is kept on working. Integrated raw material delivery system can make operation and maintenance easier. Stainless steel hopper crystallizer with vertical reel blender continues mixing of raw materials, which can effectively prevent jamming of raw materials.
