Before you order the machine , we would like to confirm the basic parameters from you . If you need we would love to give you our best suggest to you , and work with you together for choose the perfect machine to match you goal .
1. Model type : We have both wagon head and cantilever type , and depand on you output requirement .
2.Strands : How many strands from your extruder
3. Material: What kind of material you manufacture
4. Pellet size : The diameter and the length of your pellets need
5. Linear speed : We will offer you adjustment on the linear speed , but we still need a normal range of your product line
6. Maximum expected output : We can calculate the output , it is based on the material's density , diameter of pellets ,strands number ,and the linear speed .
7.Cutting material : The parts inside of cutting chamber are all stainless steel or alumunium ,make sure no rusting .
8. Rotor's matrial : Normally we will offer you stainless steel sinter tungsten carbide steel , good at most of most material soft or hard . If need we would like working with you to choose the other kind of rotor material .
9. Feed roller (bottom) and feed roller (upper) : Those two base on the product need to be manufactory, we will work with you to fingure it out .
10 . Feed roller (upper control) : We would like offer the pnuematic control if you don't have some special requirement .
11. Drive motor : We have four type for you to choose 1).Single drive single pull 2). Single drive dual pull 3). Dual drive single pull 4). Dual drive dual pull
12. Speed control : Frequency converter if customer don't have any special requirement , it is precisely control and have a wide range to adjust .
