VCI bag is used to pack metal parts and then stored in an inclosed environment at room tempature. And the volatille corrosion inhibition will volatilize. The corrosion inhibition particles in the air will adsorb on metal surface to form molecular film , and establish the balance. The molecular film will eliminate the possibilty of contact with water and oxygen ,thus to achieve the anti-rust goal. When the balance is destroyed , the new balance will be established again.
