The machine is mainly suitable for PP, PE, PS and HIPS etc. to produce plastic sheet for manufacturing stationeries, drink cups, jelly cups, noodle bowls, food boxes and other packaging containers.
The extruder screw uses a large L/D ratio. It has good plasticization, even sheet thickness, consistent flow velocity etc.
This machine adopts a hydraulic device of net changing rapidly when not stopping. So the operation convenient, the performance superior and the production efficiency improved.
The plain pressure roller has even surface temperature, which makes produced sheet even, clean and bright.
