Screw and barrel are processed with Germany technology, with characteristics of high precision, high complementarity and no color difference. Nitriding thickness: 0.5-0.7mm, HV: 740-940 Surface: Ra≤ 0.8um. The most advanced technology and equipment--Plasma bimetallic painting system is used to process the surface, prolonging the life. Barrel nitriding thickness: 0.5-0.7mm, rigidity: HV: 940, inner surface roughness: Ra≤ 1.6um.
