LSP II-650 Double Layer Vertical Plastic Sheet Extruder is mainly used to produce various kinds of top grade sheets of PP,PE,ABS,EVA and HIPS.
Structure Characteristics:*The primary and secondary extruding machines are both adopted big L/D ratio screws, to make good effect plasticization, which ensures equal thickness and smoothness of the sheet; *Equip electric or hydraulic rapid screen changing device;
*The divider and die head of the outer composite design makes proportion of the lamination layer easy to adjust; *Motor with reducer to link the three rollers singly, ensures the requirement of production technology for the linear speed of sheets; *Unique mold temperature device can adjust the temperature of the three rollers to eliminate internal stress during producing sheets.
