1 The new-generation hot-air dewatering machine for vegetables is made by superior stainless steel and meet food health standard.

2 It applies new efficient energy-saving heater and multi centrifugal air blower, which greatly improves heat and humidity removal and reduces steam consumption as well as running noise of air blower with blast volume of 5500-11000m3/h and wind pressure of 740-450Pa, adjusted by materials.

3 Heat temperature can be adjusted between 30-120°C, and auto control by steam magnet-valve is applied, with easy operation, auto discharging of condensation water and energy saving effect.

4 It is widely used in all kinds of materials, being the universal drying equipment. And color, fragrance and taste of dewatered products remain the original status.

Running Principle

This is a overall size sketch of the dehydrator, you fill the lemon grass into the dehydrator box, the lemon grass should be cut as little pieces. The hot steam enter the dehydrator form steam pipe. the air pass through the stram pipe and be heated. The multi centrifugal fan blast the hot air to the dehydrator box. The lemon grass is dryed by the hot air. The hat steam is form boiler.
