The Dehumidification Drying Machine, DR series, with air capacities respectively of 60 and 400m3/h, are the ideal machines for installation on different size injection molding machines and extruders.The particular single tower circuit allows to obtain items with reduced dimensions.The hopper can be installed directly on the machine,substituting the already existing one; otherwise two movable compact solutions can be realized, constituted by the dehumidifier with one or two hoppers.
Dehumidification centrlized systems
PLASTIC SYETEMS can realize dehumidification centralized systems, that is systems composed by a dehumidifier and a series of hoppers mounted on intermediate floors, that can be placed in the raw material store.By the use of a CENTRALIZED DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM the materials can be transported to the production area without humiditv re-absorbtion.
PET dehumidification and crystallization systems
The PET plastic material needs a separate description because it requires a special dehumidification treatment and also because of the exceptional increase of PACKAGING field.its compatibility with the food and its transparency,together with the excellent mechanical properties performed also at high temperatures enlarge day by day the PET application sectors. However,the PET is an highly hygroscopic material and it shows its properties only after an accurate dehumidication treatment,The water content allowed is 30 ppm maximum.This requires process air temperature up to 170'C-190'C with dew point values lower than-50%.Plastic systems,specialized in the PET dehumidification,can realize systems for the most divers fields of application of this material:

DRYING TIME AND ACHIEVABLE RESIDUAL MOISTURE CONTENTThe process air treatment is one of the basic points on which the KAIRUN PLASTIC SYSTEMS dehumidifiers of DR series are designed,The graph shows the changes of the water content inside the granule, for different process air conditions, varying the residence time of material inside the hopper:1 - dehumidification with room process air at the conditions of 80% relative humidity and 20'C temperature2 - dehumidification with room process air at the conditions of 70%relative humidity and 15'C temperature3 - dehumidification with dehumidified process air having a dew-point value of -40'C4 - dehumidification with dehumidified process air havinga dew-point value of -50'CComparing the four dehumidification curves it is possible to notice that, at equal residence time inside the hopper, the solution with dehumified process air is much more effective, allowing to reach values of residual humidity in the granule of 0.003%.
