This double-shaft shredder is widely used to deal with the most difficult projects and it is an effective solution. The capacity can be up to 3000kg/h.

It is always used for coarse shredding which is ideal for shredding big plastic barrel, circuit board, tyre, wood and plastic film to small pieces for easy reprocessing, storage and transportation, creating new value from reusable wastes.

The cutting discs on the rotor of the shredder are arranged in such a way that a cutting disc on one shaft is positioned between two cutting discs on the opposite shaft. As a result, the material is shredded both lengthways and crossways.

Heavy-duty construction and efficient performance are determined by the precisely processed combined frame made of extra-thick plates. Wide angle, hexagon prism of power slewing axis; large hopper with big caliber for feeding large material.It adopts PLC control system, automatic overload protection and auto reverse switch.The low rotation speed results in a particularly quiet shredding process with low levels of dust generation.
