USE:

It is suitable for blowing the double-layer plastic film as low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE), which is widely used for packing liquid products. The blown film has fine multi-function, such as oxygen insulation, light insulation, oil proof, leak proof, moisture proof and 

antifrost, this can prolong the period for preservation of liquid packing.

Feature:

 1. The machine has two set driving motor, two cylinder and one rotary die head, which can 

     extrude two different plastic material. The die head can rotated left and right 360 angles,

     it can strengthen the intensity and evenness of plastic film. 

 2. The screw stem and cylinder are made of 38CRMOALA high quality alloy steel after fine finishing 

     and nitriding treatment, which has high hardness, strong resistance to corrosion, 

     durable service.

 3. The die head is plated with hard chrome, of screw mandrel type structure with even and 

     smooth discharging, the blown plastic film has fine finishing, the blower is of labyrinth structure 

     with even air output.

 4. The coiling unit adopts pressure friction rewinding or center rewinding, which is driven by 

     torque motor, with even and smooth rewinding and easy roll changing.
