May 2008, a 5-layer co-extrusion blown film line was passed the check and accept in Jinming factory. The line is ordered by a Japanese flexible packaging company, which located in Singapore.
The line is designed and made according to FFS film standard. Equipped with 5 extruders, three rollers type cooling haul-off unit and special winder for FFS film. The max. winding diameter can reach φ1500mm. At the same time for enriching the line's application area, we add one more EVOH/PA screw to our customer.It can make 5 layers barrier film. We also add another winder for Non FFS film winding. The whole line is equipped with Automatic air ring, Kundig on-line thickness-measuring unit and Maguire 20 components Gravimetric dosing system, not only advancing the production efficiency and film quality, further more decreasing the workload.
