Introduction of production process
Dosing system
Prepare materials
1.Modified starch,retarder,pulp,water reducer and water are quantitive-measured and mixed together.
2. Foaming agent and water are put into the foaming agent tanks according to the certain proportion then mix them well.
3. Gypsum powder is lifted and conveyed into stock bin.
Charge mixture
The slurry is pumped from tanks into mixer by using dosage-measuring pump. By using dynamic foaming device, the foaming agent is put into the mixer. Put the gypsum powder into mix by using full automatic dosage-measuring screw conveyor. All the materials are mixed into standard slurry.
Note:
All the above operations can use the automatic control systems to finish. It can adjust according to the speed of production line. These are used to meet the requirement of the mass and high-efficient production.
