1. Overview and main applications
lThe machine is mainly used to slot the flat surface, molded surface (including cambered surface) and key groove. And it can also slot the workpieces with the slant range between 0~10°. It is suitable for single or small batch production.
lThe worktable has three directions feed (longitudinal, transverse and swing feed), so the workpiece can continuously process several surfaces after it is clamped.
lThe machine has hydraulic transmission device with the ram doing reciprocating motion and worktable hydraulic feed device. During each travel, the ram keeps the same speed. And the ram moving speed and the worktable travel both can do stepless regulation. Besides, hydraulic control board has the reversing device to provide oil when the ram change directions. And the worktable has longitudinal, transverse, swing rapid movement with the independent motor transmission.
lThe slotting machine adopts hydraulic feed to do the feed at the returned moment when the work is over, so it is superior to the mechanical slotting machine which applies drum wheel feed.
lBetween the manual feed and automatic feed of the worktable, there is an interlocking device. And the ram and the worktable both have safety device when they overload.
lAt the range of 0~10°, the ram can regulate at any angle.
lThe worktable has the dividing device which can divide the workpiece into arbitrary equal parts.
lThe control board of the worktable installs a throttling valve and a handle to control the start, stop and reciprocating movement speed of the ram.
lThe machine has mobile button box to control the main transmission motor and the start and stop of the worktable rapid movement motor.
lThe machine has strong upper and down bed, ram and carriage.
lAll the friction surfaces of the machine are lubricated: the guideways of the ram and reversing device use pressure oil to lubricate; longitudinal slide carriage and the guideways of the down bed are lubricated by the manual oil pump; other parts are lubricated by artificial oiling.
