LWC centrifugal type cement tube making machine
This type machine can use the stone chips (market waste materials),slag flyash,sand and plus 20% cement to make socket tube, even tube, tongue and groove tube and hole cement tube with inside diameter 150-1000mm,and lengh of 1000mm .The machine is with advance technology, inside water pressure 0.2-0.5 Mpa,connection pipe is formed one time, and can take off its mould immediately .Its general power is 9-12.5 Kw.One work unit needs 6-8 persons and can make 10-15/h.It is widely used in irrigation, deep well, small transporting station, municipal drainage, roads and culverts etc.
Technology improvement:
The bearing runs instead two pivot bearing, the housing adopt the flexible gyration structure to make the transmission more reasonable and reliable.
The two sides of moulds adopt the high strength steel materials, high wearing capacity, used the reversal bolt, good leak tightness, convenience removement.
