The effect of Coating Machine is spraying mortar concrete on the mold core which twined pre-stressed steel wire through spraying machine, so as to provide a high strength, good compactness, strong anti-corrosion protective layer for pre-stressed steel wire.

1. PCCP, full name is Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe, is a composite pipe with steel tube, prestressed steel wire and concrete.
2. PCCP has two types, PCCP-E and PCCP-L.
PCCP-E is mainly used in the middle and big diameter pipe, more than 1.4 meter in diameter.
PCCP-L is mainly used in the pipe with diameter below 1.4 meter.
3. PCCP is a composit pipe which widely used in the world's large and medium water supply project.
4. Our company's PCCP is widely used in interbasin water diversion, intercity water distribution and city large-medium diameter water pipe network in China.
5. Besides, PCCP is widely used in factory, industry, irrigation, seawater cooling recycle pipe, sewage water main pipe and such system.
