   This pipe extrusion line is specializing in manufacture PVC pipes of different diameter and thickness.They are applied to agricultural and construction water supply and drainage,overhead or underground wire and cable.Due to the special characteristics of the CPVC plastic pipes,they are widely used in the fields of crude oil transportation,pipe lines of chemical industry require high temperature and corrosion resistance,hot and lukewarm water supply and drainage system, directly buried pipes of high and extra high Voltage electricity,protection sleeves of wires and cables;also used on agricultural and constructional plumbing,cable laying,etc.

   Features:

  1) adopts parallel double screw extruder

  2) including the parts:extruder of double screw,vacuum sizing platform,haul-off,cutting machine,bracket.

  3) according to the diameter and the thickness of the pipe,equipped with different haul off,just like : up and down pedrail,three-claw,four-claw,six-claw.

  4)cutting machine has two modes: blade and planet type.

 The plastic conical double screw extruder and hauling machine adopts globle brand AC frequency regulator,the vacuum and main motor equipped with high quality product.The hauling machine works by 2,3,4,6 claws, and there are 3 kinds of cutting machines,just like chipless cutting machine, saw cutting machine, and the planetary cutting machine.

    In according with different requirements of the clients, the company will equip the extrusion line with specific devices to form pipe production lines of inner-wall spiral pipes,inner hollow wall pipes and inner layer foaming pipes.
