It is a 3-roller symmetrical profile bending machine. The press roller, in the central symmetry position over the two driving rollers, does vertical motion up and down through screw, nut and worm transmission. The side rollers make rotating movements, through the engagement of the output gear of the worm-wheel shaft and the gear of the side rollers.

 

It is used to bend a variety of profiles, such as steel pipe, flat steel, angel steel, into round shape, arc shape, semicircular shape and other shapes. It is essential for all kinds of mechanical equipment manufacturing industry.

Main Structure

 

The main structure is mainly composed of the press roll device, the driving rolls and the main drive device, the overturned device, the frame and chassis device.

3-1 THE PRESS ROLL DEVICE

It is composed of press roll shaft, sliding block, press roll and composite bearing sets.

3-2 THE DRIVING ROLLS DEVICE

The side rollers make rotating movements, through the engagement of the output gear of the worm-wheel shaft and the gear of the side rollers.

3-3 THE MAIN DRIVE DEVICE

It is composed of the main motor, the reducer boxes of the worm-wheel shaft and so on.

It can rotate positive and negative, providing power for bending profiles. The two side rolls of the bending machine is main drive roller, the press roll is driven roll, the rotation of the side rolls are taken by the main motor and exposed gear.

3-4 THE FRAME AND CHASSIS DEVICE

The frame and the chassis are welded steel plate structures by channel steel and steel plate. VSR (vibratory stress relief) after welded. The rack, gear boxes, motors and so on installed in the frame seat, which combined into one.
