High efficiency conical twin screw extruder: High rotating speed, high capacity and good compounding effect ensure the stable extrusion. 2. Extruding die: Adopting the latest designed die head with spiral distributing flow channel, screw core Temp. Contral device which makes the extrusion more evenly. 3. Vacuum calibration and spraying cooling system: Perfect water loop vacuum calibration, equiped with adjusting device for roundness and multisection 6 meter spraying water tank to ensure gorgeous calibrating, the body of the tank is made of stainless steel. 4. Haul-off system: Can select 2 claws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws or 8 claws haul off unit to meet manufacturing the requirements for different pipes. 5. Cutting system: According to different requiremens, we can supply saw cutting, planet saw cutting and chop-free rotary knife cutting machine. 6. Control system: Providing PLC automatic control system or electric control cabinet. Applicable for thermal sensitivity PVC powder.
