The Technological Process:

Moving coil→setting coil→uncoiling→shearing and butt welding→horizontally guiding→feeding→storing→discharging(electric control system and hydraulic system)→forming→welding→sizing→flying saw→run out table on the roll way. 

The Description of Product: 

1. Flattening & feeding machine is the main assistant equipment in the welded pipe production line.

2. It is used to flatten the steel strip, and sent the strip to the shearing & butt welding machine to ensure the continously production of the welded pipe procution line.

3. Two-roller flattening & feeding machine is the product of JIANGYIN YINJIANG MACHINERY CO., LTD. It is suit for the steel strip, which width:≤500mm,thickness:≤4.0mm.

4. The characteristic:

 

· High Rigid Precision mechanical. Design with servo motor drive.· Compact straightener feeder can be opened for roll clean.· Feeding line adjustable by using worm gear screw jacks.· Hydrulic increase feeds material to machine without manpower.· Flattener and feeder combine together, least space occupation.
