4000mm length concrete pipe for irrigation operation instruction
1, Assembling moulds
Brush the inner wall of pipe mould,put the steel cage into the mould,then fasten the mould.
2, Install moulds
Open the poetable arm of pipe making machine,install the mould on the transmission shaft with Eot crane
3,Mixing concrete
Put water,cement,sand and stones at the rate of 0.35:1:1.4:2.13(this rate is only for reference,for pipes,half-dry concrete is OK)into the concrete mixer,operate the mixer,run 60 seconds or so(it is suitable for JS500),then stop,The concrete is then ready for pipe making.
4,Feeding concrete
Run the speed wheel deasil slowly to make the rotating speed at 600-800 rpm.Then operate the concrete feeder to feed concrete. Feed the concrete into pipe moulds by pressing button-"forward" and "back".It should start from the stop rings and feed the concrete averadely.
5, Rotation Started
Stop the concrete feeding when it reach the same horizontal level of stop rings.Speed up the pipe making motor to 1000-1200rpm,and keep the speed for 60-80 seconds to make the concrete more dense.
6,Hanging out of the mold
Speed down the pipe making motor slowly to stop.Lift the pipe mould by Eot crane after the pipe mould stops running.Fasten the screw under the pipe making motor which is at the end of transmission shaft,open the portable arm,then pick up the pipe moulds with eot crane and move it to one side for preservation.
7,Cement pipe maintenance and split mould
If the temperature is at 25 degree,the curing is almost 6 hours.or it is almost half an hours.
