The FITTINGS Super Locks(locking assembly) is a kind of keyless coupling. Under the action of axial force of screws via an inclined plane, inner and outer rings keep close to axis/hub and generate friction force to create no backlash connection, thus transmit torque then attain the goal of running machines steadily and safely.
FT-BA series:
- Medium high torque;
- Front/rear thrust rings are slotted;
- Not self-centering;
- Self-releasing;
- No axial movement during clamping;
- Tolerances: shaft h8; hub bore H8;
- Surface roughness: Ra max.12.5.
