The Instruction of The Ultrasonic Nebulizer

1 usage:inhalation treatment and air-humidification on medical treatment surroundings.

2  operating principle and main makeup

2.1 operating principle

Ultrasonic nebulizer was made up of all transistor  circuit. Via electronic circuit ,the wafer can produce ultrasonic when electrified,then via aqueous medium, cause liquid state medicine to minute fog particle ,then send it to user.

2.2 main makeup

1,tract 2,wafer 3,film 4,large plastic drug jar 5,small plastic drug jar   6,tube etc.

2.3 normal operating condition and main specification:

the temperature of surrounding:5°C~40°C.Relatively humidity:no more than 80%.

air pressure:86kpa~106kpa.

voltage:AC220±22V,frequency:(50±1)Hz.Consumed power:≤50Va.

ultrasonic operating frequency and tolerance:1.7MHz±0.17MHz.

the most allowed loading liquid state medicine : 150mL in small jar and 350mL in large jar.most atomization 

rate≥3ml/min(distilled water or drinking water,water temperature is 25°C).the water in the trough:≥250mL,water temperature:≤60°C.

the ultrasonic nebulizer has timing device and scope is 0~60min,the tolerance with actual time is no more 

than 10%.

It is good cargo that the continuous operating time is no less than 4 hours.

3 usage method

3.1 preparation

place on-off,knob on proper place

Circle the atomization quantity knob to level“.”place(minimum), timing knob to “ON”place,air delivery knob to minimum place,turn the damper knob and you can see on side  that the damper board turning.

inpouring clean water to the water trough the the dobber is emerged.

a)the method of taking out the cover and small jar:please turning clockwise the cover until not to turn,then pick-up the cover and take out the small jar inside;

b)the method of taking out the large jar:turning clockwise the large jar,you can pick-up the large jar when the three clamps deviate from the groove,then see the water trough.(conversely operating to set the large jar when need)

c)the notice of adding water to trough:when adding the clean water,please note the water level must be between up and down calibration tails(see the picture 1),then make the dobber up.

Setting large jar ,inpour the liquid state medicine into the small jar ,then put the small jar in large jar;you can use large jar when the liquid state medicine is more than 150mL,and the usage method is follows:at first ,please screw off the cover that it is under the large jar,then set a large film(spare part in the packing),lay a large seal on the large film and screw tightly the cover,when finished,please test whether make water,if no,please set it on the water trough,inpour some liquid state medicine,set the top cover and let the cover’s air inlet direct to air damper,set tube and special tube to mouth. the most allowed loading liquid state medicine : 150mL in small jar and 350mL in large jar.

3.2 operating

electrifed and press the switch,power indicator light is bright,fan operate(if the water level in trough is too low or no water,water level indicator light will blink until no light and stop operating,please add water to trough on this time).

atomization quantity controlling:the best setting is that atomization quantity knob lay on  max place and air delivery knob on medium place. You can adjust it to meet your demand.

if you need small atomization medicine,please adjust the atomization quantity knob and air delivery knob until to out gauze or have a hand from doctor.

connect the special tube to patient’s mouth(timing can be selected)

when medicine is over and operating is stoped,please take off the main top cover and large jar. Note: prevent the water into air delivery place when taking off large jar.

 4 notice and maintenance

a)when finished,please shut off switch,take out jar,put off the water in trough,clean and dry trough and wafer(it can prevent from oxygenation and begriming ,otherwise,the service life of wafer can be effected),you must change water in trough when continuous operating is more than four hours,otherwise don’t need it, only  put off  it when one day’s operating is over. 

b)please shut off switch immediately when finding no medicine or water during operating

c)water temperature in trough would be between 15°C to 40°C.

d)soft water can be used to prevent from wafer fouling.pure water is good to use. Prevent to add the medicine to trough, it can destroy the equipment. 

e)wafer is easy wasting part,please change it when finding the water in trough reduce in evidence.changing method:shut off power,put off water of the trough,open bottom cover,screw     bolt on wafer fixing board, take out and change the wafer(note:wafer with no connection is face,it must be up, don’t make a mistake on the direction).

f)dobber is water level alarm inductor,it is important part, don’t lose  it .please lay the dobber according to its’ direction, otherwise no alarm. 

g)changing fuse method:shut off power,use screwdriver to change it,two types fuse:

(1)RF1φ5×20   0.5A/250V   (2)RF1φ5×20  1.5A/250V.

h)plastic crust can be cleaned by towel with neutral wash,prevent from shaving by sharp object.

i)all accessories(jar,tube etc)must be cleaned and listerized when every operating(note:don’t used alcohol or listerize by high temperature.best method: Please use water to dilute 84 disinfector with 1:200  then dip them into liquor for disinfected or have a hand from doctor.)

j)when operating,don’t  extend your hand into the trough or ultrasounding water column, otherwise you would be hurt.

k)store it in a room that there is no corrosive gas and proper ventilation and room temperature  is -40C~55C,relative humidity is 90%.prevent from dirt ,damp and strenuous vibration.
