Description: Dry Vitamin A Acetate 325/500 CWS consists of yellowish to light yellow , free-flowing beadlets. The powder particles contain vitamin A Acetate finely indroplets of 0.5–2 μm embedded in a matrix of gum arabic (E 414) and sucrose, and coated with starch. The product contains dl-α-Tocopherol (E 307) as an antioxidant and tricalcium phosphate (E 341) as an anticaking agent.
Uses: For food preparations which are reconstituted with liquids.
