VHC70 Cartoning Machine Max. Speed can reach 60 cartons/min.

It is a model designed according to ITALY CAMPAK. Suitable for the bottles, soft tubes and blisters and so on. It is composed of paper folder and cartoner and with conveying system, coding system.

VHC70 Intermittent horizontal cartoning machine is a new type machine with reference to overseas advanced automatic cartoning machine models, combined with the actual situation of the domestic packaging, developed intermittent horizontal cartoning machines, mechanical and electrical integration of high-tech products, in full compliance with GMP requirements.

It is using dual-blade to open boxes institutions with machinery overcoming carton box leakage of plastic, shallow indentation, high-or low-weight boxes and other issues, the applicability of carton is wide. The characteristic of machine is Advanced structure, easy operating, easy maintenance and automatic alarming fault display. The machine include paper-fold ,carton packing machine and other institutions, the maximum speeds is up to 60 boxes / min and stable production speeds is 40-60 boxes / minute, mainly used in hoses, medicine boards, such as bottle-shaped product cartoning. For filling machine, labeling machine and other machines and cartoning machines connected to several sets of the corresponding line device with different types of products to match.

Machine structure:

1. Product convey and falling device

Conveying product into the cartoner, equipped with elimination of overabundant product, with falling device to control the product into the mould.

2. Folder

Folding the manual and make it match with the product

3. Product conveying system, carton conveying system, linking rod drive system

Three systems work together to push the product and manual into the carton.

4. Carton conveying belt

Stock the cartons and send them into the open-head.

5. Caron open device

High precision cam with five-head open device.

6. No product no manual and carton device

According the sensor, control the falling of manual and carton, avoiding empty package.
