Main usage
In order to meet the demands of foreign customer,China sun has launched newly-type semi-automatic filling&stopper-inserting machine .This machine is suitable for PVC or Non-PVC soft bag with one tube or double tube filling &stopper inserting .It is made up of following station:bag feeding station,filling station,automatic stopper-inserting ,automatic bag outfeeding station,automatic control parts.
Working principle
Bag feeding station
T his station is made up of driving system,locating system,turntable.Driving system has the function of stepless speed adjusting.the locating system is made up of cam structure,turntable,locating clamp.the bag is sent to locating clamp by hand,the motors runns and drives the cam and turntable .When the bag is sent to next working station,the motor will stop and driving end of cam will stop running,so that it reaches the aim of precise locating .
Filling station
The filling system is made up of filling pipe,filling valve,filling head driving mechanism,liquid filter,mass flow meter and other driving system.When bag is sent to filling station,filling head makes downward movement under the driving mechanism,the filling mouth inserts into bag mouth,so the filling valve opens instantly,so the drug solution is filled into bag.
Automatic stopper-inserting station
This station is made up of spiral hopper,linear cap-feeding orbit,back-forth driving cylinder for stopper-inserting,stopper-clamp paw,up-down cylinder for stopper-inserting,locating mechanism.The stopper is
filled into hopper,the stopper is sent to linear main orbit according to required direction.via confirmation by inspecting switch of successful stopper picking,it enters stopper-inserting ,stopper-picking station.
Automatic bag outfeeding mechanism station
The outfeeding orbit is made up of driving cylinder,bag outfeeding clamp,after the turntable sends already filled and stopper-inserted bag and stops on stop outfeeding station,the bag outfeeding clamp clamps the stopper,by the driving of cylinder,the bag is sent to locating clamp and sends to feeding orbit.
