The characteristics of the machine
(1) The machine owns novel and unique design and simple structure. It is easy to install, easy to unload and convenient to operate.
(2) Its cutting structure is very advanced. The final products can be cut into different discharging lengths.
(3) The Screw is made of special wear-resisting No38 chromium-aluminum-molybdenum.
(4) To make sure quality and capacity of the products, inside the machine there is the special pressure-increased device. And the Electric heating device helps improve the feed expansion rate.
(5) Japanese and Sweden SKF bearings are adopted as the bearings of the main shaft, which makes the extruder safer and more reliable. The main motor is Y-Series three phrase motor.
(6) The floating pellets will float on the water for about 12hours. It is very catering for fish. The pellets have no pollution and easy for working members to observe. The harmful germs such as salmonellosis and bacterium in the raw materials are killed by high temperature and high pressure, which makes the feed clean and hygienic.
(7) Usage scope: Floating pellets are widely suitable to raising households of frogs,aquatic fishes ,ornamental fishes and pets as well as small or medium-sized feed factories and scientific
research units.
(8) The water content of raw materials should better be more than 25% and lower than 30%.
