Your pedometer has small parts and is not intended for young children

Upon removing the battery, settings and stored results will be lost

Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local regulations for battery disposal. Individual results will vary; measurements may not be correctly registered by:

- Walking excessively slow or by “quite walking”

- While in a moving vehicle

- Irregular motion or swinging of the activity monitor

- Extreme impact: jumping, rope skipping, high impact running

Maintenance:

- Clean with a soft dry cloth or a cloth moistened with water

- Do not use alcohol, benzene, thinner or other harsh chemical

- Do not submerge the activity monitor in any liquids

- Remove the battery when not in use for long periods of time
