This is Nanhua Electronics' new generation Industrial Intercom system and paging system For environments that need independent communication networks, or have heavy EMI, such as ports, ships, power and chemical plants, steel mills, offshore platforms, cranes, tunnels and coalmines.DSP high speed data processing and voice compressing coding techniques help solve voice quality problems caused electro-magnetic interference, environment noise, cable distance and multiple phone stations.DT digital broadcasting intercom & paging’s power supply and communication share the same 2-wire cable.  Non-polarity cable connection type, uses central power supply, plug and play, commissioning free, no expertise needed on installation & after-service. All those features can significantly reduce cabling material and installation cost.

Operation

Gland box with M25 and M20,please make sure the size you need before installation, and special request can be customized.Make sure the leveling of the mounting surface, suggest to fasten the top two screws first, than can adjust whether need to add some spacer based on the leveling, to avoid the distortion;Power supply indicator:Indicator on when there is power input.Off-hook indicator:Indicator on when the handset is off the hook.Broadcast indicator:the indicator has 2 working status.Off: No station is under broadcast.Fixed-on: when no other station is under broadcasting, either push button on the handset, push ”hand-free” button, open “alarm” button, or step on the footstep switch, the indicator will be fixed-on.Flashing: When the station is not under broadcasting, or under broadcasting but no audio input, the indicator will be on and in flashing mode if there is other station start to use broadcast.Loudspeaker volume adjust(See drawing)clockwise turn Outdoor potentiometer, the outdoor speaker volume will be larger, anticlockwise will be lower.Clockwise turn Indoor potentiometer, indoor speaker volume will be larger, anticlockwise will be lower.

Installation

+24V,-24V are the two cores of the cable, suggest to use the cable with cross section morethan 1.5m2, system power cable is the communication cable, as use the digital carrier, don’t neet the sheild calbe, suggest the sheild cover floating.As the system power output only with 2 connect terminals, so need the external terminal box, eachstation parallel connected in the terminal box.DT001 and DT002 with the same connect board, the connect terminal+24V- are paralleled connected in side, and to use two pairs of terminal is to convenient to connect the stations, and the station power without polarity, to mark the polarity is just only to easy to maintainess.Normally the station with two way speaker, can drive the built-in and external loudspeaker, but sometimes only use one way, at this time, the DT001 can’t connect external speaker, and should make the NULL marks on the connect terminal board.The driver’s cabinet stations’s connect terminal board in inside the metal station box, and the microphone; should use the sheild cable to connect.
