Inclined Screw drainer(paper machine)

Structural features:

The structure of the strainer is inclined screw structure. On the bottom of it is sieve plate, under which there is anti-blocking device. 

Inclined Screw drainer's operation principals:
Chips from chip washer enter the drainer. During the process of conveyance the chips are dewatered by the sieve plate so as to meet the required dryness for steaming in the next stage. Light impurity from the sieve is discharged into the hydrasieve through overflow outlet. Heavy impurity is discharged through the eject valve onto the bottom of the drainer regularly. The sieve is washed by the wire cleaner.
