Single Effective Fiber Separator
It is improved and developed on the basis of prototype in Taiwan,which is used for the further ease of waste paper pulp and separation of coarse impurities,and also used for the main flow or handling the dregs of coarse screening process.Hydraulic pulper's supporting avoids a refinement of broken impurities,which reduces the burden on the follow-up screening equipment,and hydraulic pulper can increase the screening plate hole to improve the productive capacity of pulper.Due to the new structure,compared with the original traditional domestic fiber separator,it has such advantages as advanced structure,big production capacity,and good disposal effect.
The impurities consists of manual and automatic types,automatic deslagging applies PLC control,and deslagging time and valve opening can be adjusted according to the nature of impurities and different quantity.
