Full automatic toilet paper production line, toilet roll machine, kitchen towel making machine.
Function & Character
1. The production line includes toilet paper perforating and rewinding part, conveying part, toilet
rolls storing part, cutting part and packaging part. The machine adopts advanced program
controller system (PLC), uses frequency inverter to control the speed, the cutting length is
controlled by servo driving system.
2. Perforated distance can be adjusted (per section 120mm-180mm), or as per customer's
request.
3. High-speed rewinding can reach to 150-200 m/min.
4. The amount of toilet rolls stored is between 100-150.
5. The cutting length can be set as customer's request.
6. It can pack 6 rolls, 8 rolls, 10 rolls or 12 rolls per package, with single-layer or double-layer.
