When make the double PE coated paper cups,
Should use Ultrasonic Wave Welding to seal the cup side body,
Why use Ultrasonic System when make two-side PE coated paper cups?
Because when the heater is adopted on the out-surface (to the PE film), the PE film will be burnt, and become yellow or black, that will make the cups ugly.
To make the two-side PE coated paper cups, the bottom adopt hot air to heating and sealing, also the cool device applied to, the reason is the same.
