This machine adopts the vertical twice uninterrupted gluing technique, octagon winding and twining style, the layers of winding and twining would be shown. The whole winded and twined paper core will be compacted after it is cut into 8 parts, and then the cutting machine shears them into core strips. The whole machine is easy and convenient to operate, the technology is mature, structure of the equipment is steady and reliable, the produced bee-holes of paper cores are neat.
The whole group equipments are made of paper feeding stand, double layer gluing machine, deliver machine, press machine, dust exhaust apparatus, control system.
