Model 1080 web paper flatbed die cutter is designed to adopt flatbed die cutter, to die cut web paper into various format paper, especially for converting paper cup and paper towl.
This die cutter consists of unwinder, delivering section, flatbed die cutting unit and stacker.
Due to the application of web paper die cutting machine, this makes the pre-printed web paper via flexible press or rotogravure press to directly be cut into the required shape, hence, eliminating the use of cross cutter.
This process not only expands the application of flexo printing, but also reduces the cost of die cutting procedure. The most important point is that it is NOT necessary to leave the paper margin for gripper of sheetfed flatbed die cutter, user can design the product at the full page layout for printing and die cutting, the final effect is able to save the paper by 6%-10%.
