1.purpose
   Application: WM type-Medium Consistency Mixer(pulp machine) is used for blending stock with chemicals in the bleaching stage. Good blending effect will supply reacting conditions for the bleaching stage. Therefore, it can reduce chemical and energy consumption, improve the quality of bleached pulp, and relieve environmental pollution.
   2.Working principle
   The rotor of the mixer can fluidize the stock , break down network structure of fiber so as to maximize the effect of blending stock with gaseous or liquid bleaching agent. Vertical cross of the direction of rotor and flow direction of stock can avoid unmixing and escapement of gaseous bleaching agent. Partial unevenness can reach up to 5-9%.

   4.Equipment structure
   Medium Consistency Mixer is mainly composed of motor, coupling, bearing assembly, mixing chamber, impeller, base plate etc.
   4.1 Bearing assembly: bearing block, bearing, drive shaft, etc.
   4.2 Mixing body: complete with mixing chamber, impeller, used for connecting pipes. High speed of impeller makes the stock in turbulent movement, achieving blending effect.
   4.3 Sealing system: installed after the impeller, adapting double mechanical end face seal and achieving pack sealing.
