Detailed Product Description
1.Purpose:
Double roll mixer(paper machine) is utilized to blend stock with chemicals in the multi stage bleaching process in the pulp & paper mill. At the both sides are equipped with steam pipes through which steam is added to ensure the required temperature of stock reacting with chemicals.
2.Working principle:
when stock goes into the mixer from the inlet, screw impellers(paper machine) at the end of agitating rolls propel the stock forward forcibly to agitating zone. In that zone, agitating teeth on both agitating rolls rotate in opposite direction at different speed to get better blending effect. Meanwhile, the stock is heated by the adding steam to ensure reacting temperature.

4.equipment structure: thie equipment is mainly composed of shell, agitating rolls and drive units. The main structure is as follows:
Shell: obround-shaped, pulp inlet and outlet connection is located at the upper and lower part of the both ends of the shell correspondently. At each side of the shell there are three steam inlet connections. Under the pulp inlet connection is equipped with chemical pipe. Considering corrosion of stock against the shell, all parts contacting with the stock is made of titanic stainless steel.
Agitating roll: including several agitating arms which are crosswise welded to the agitating
shaft. While operating, these arms agitate the stock; in addition, two impeller boards welded to two agitating arms can propel the stock. There are totally two agitating rolls that rotate at opposite direction with different speed. These agitating arms are lined crosswise.
Drive: complete with two sets of motor, and belt wheels etc.
