Corrugator & Converting Equipment
The corrugator is the largest and most expensive machine in the corrugated manufacturing process. It is about the length of a football field and can cost several million dollars. The corrugator combines rolls of linerboard and medium into sheets of corrugated board. The typical corrugator is equipped to run both single wall and double wall in a variety of flute heights. Modern machines can also be equipped with innovative enhancements that offer a range of value added features such as functional coatings, color coating, tear tape or internal strings, and water resistant adhesives. Advanced technology such as razor cutting knives and robotic scoring heads allow the machine to produce quality board with faster set ups and shorter cut offs.
It mainly includes: Sheet Mill Roll Stander ,Single Facer, Conveyor Bridge, Glue Applicator, Cementing and Drying apparatus, Paper Sltter, Crosscuter, Stacker, and Heating System and Glue Preparing and Supplying system.
Different sizes and sums of apparatus can make up of corrugated board producing line which is advanced, medium or simple levels for 3 walls, 5 walls or 7 walls.
We offer various kinds of corrugated board producing lines, with speeds varying from 40 m/min to 150m/min, widths of paper which are available from 1400mm to 2500mm for you to choose.

The type of corrugated is UV type(widely used in the world), after carefully designed, low paperboard shrinkage, high strength and quality.
Grinded by the high precision machine tool which is imported( with modern technology in grinding and cutting adopted and PC indexing and technology . The precision of the corrugation dimension is accord with national standard.
The teeth of corrugated roller are quenched by mid-frequency induction hardening. The top corrugated roller is drum type, with long service life.
