The main process contain (1) Mixing slurry, (2) 3-phase separation, (3) Gluten extraction, (4) Gluten dry.
Production starts from the flour feeding and ends up with starch slurry storing in buffer tank, then starch slurry is pumped to ethanol plant and gluten is dried and packaged directly. The whole production is controled by computer system which is able to monitor the condition of equipment and production run and give fault alarm. Application of PLC will implement auto ON/OFF of equipment, computers displaying, recording and printing instantaneous, hours, output, flour extraction rate, power consumption, and failure time and frequency, timely and scientific production guiding and equipment operating, realize unattended operation.
