Composition:
This product is specially designed for advertisement and packaging, multilayer structure with 3 to 4 fiber layers and two times coating with top and back side. All the raw materials are made of pure wood pulp without de-inking pulp, which contains 40% imported pulp. Abd it takes new technical receipt mixing with long and short fibers.
Printability:
The quality of board is stable and good for both printing and packaging applications, and can improve the efficiency of the converting operation. The surface is smooth, and print gloss performs well. The product has good printability and print image is sharp and clear; the benefit also helps reduction of ink usage. As there is no color or coating difference between the print and reverse sides, the product is suitable for double sided printing. Xuanhe has good printing and converting properties, and is well accepted by the market.
Convertibility:
The product can be smootyly converted with various processes such as wate & solvent based varnishing, calendaring, lamination and offset printing.
Persistency:
The board is of high light resistance and packaging products can keep a long-term stability within 6 months under the light in cabinet.
