Q:What is your MOQ of each design?
A: 500-1000 decks per style.
Q:What is the lead time?
A: 7-40 days depends on the quantity and time to place orders.
Q:Is it all right to make customer’s own brand name?
A: Yes but we need the Letter of Authorization from your side to clear customs.
Q: How do you charge for samples?
A: Free for our existing products but freight to collect. For any customized design, we will charge you a certain cost and refund to you once your order quantity reaches 30K decks.
Q:Where is your loading Port?
A: Shanghai Port, China.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A: Option 1: 30% deposit and balance T/T before shipment
Option 2: 30% deposit and balance T/T against copy of Bill of lading
Option 3 : Full L/C at sight.
