Brief Introduction
R-831-7 is a two component dipping resin which is formed by epoxy resin, curing agent and styrene. The two component (part A and part B) is 1/1 by weight ratio.It’s heat-resistant grade is B,F. It passed the UL attestation, and it correspond the RoHS environmental protection requirement.

Applications
Be used for fast drying impregnation, continuous immersion and vacuum impregnation of small stator coils and windings. Like fan motors, air-condition motors, electrical tools motors and water pump motors.

Usage
1. Fast drying impregnation process
1.1 Preheat unit for 1-3 hours at 100-120°C.
1.2 Allow unit to cool to 60°C before dipping into varnish, dip unit in varnish for 2-15 mins until basically no bubble.
1.3 Drain unit for 30-60 mins.
1.4 Bake unit for 2-3 hours at 115-125°C.
