Thermal Positive Coating Liquid for CTP plate
1. Viscosity: 1.3-10 c.p.
2. Solid content: 8-15%
3. Coating thickness gauge: 1.55-1.65g/m2 (On the chemically well-treated Al substrate)
4. Sensitivity: 830nm laser CTP Platesetter, 120-140mJ/cm
5. Packging: Black PP or PE plastic barrels, 20kg
6. Coating performance: good for different coating technics, non-blue or non-white defect
7. Coating temperature: 20-30 degree.
8. Developing conditions: Developing temperature: 23°C-28°C,time: 25-35 seconds. Newly produced developer can be used for 30-35 seconds at 23°C. With the aging of developer, developing temperature should be raised, but better not extend developing time. For newly produced developer, it can have shorter developing time with higher temperature, such as 25°C for 30 seconds, but better not higher than 30°C.
9. Shelf life: 6 months
10. Storage and handling: Liquid should be sealed stored at 5-25 degree, far away frrom heat and fire.
