2. DESCRIPTION:
Jot88 is is a kind of coating made by pure polyurethane . It is applied on substrates, to form a firm, soft and seamless sealing film by chemical reaction with moisture in the air.Jot88 is manufactured in accordance with the GB/T19250-2003.
3. USES:
·Waterproof for basement,kitchen,bathroom,underground tunnel.
· Leak-proofing and penetrating-proofing of Reservoirs,water towers,swimming-pool,
· Bath-pool,fountain pool,sewage cleaning pool,and irrigation channel.
· Used for preventing of leaking,corrosion and penetrating for water tanks,underground
Pipeline.
· Bonding and moisture-proofing of various,floor tiles,marble and so on.
4. ClEANING:
Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust, grease, frost, water, dirt, old sealants and any protective coating. Dust and loose particles should be cleaned.
6. APPLICATION:
The substrate should be smooth, solid, clean, dry without sharp concave and convex points, honeycomb, pocking marks, peeling, free of bulges, greasy before application.it is better coating 3 times with scraper. When the first coat isn’t sticky, the second coat can be applied, the first layer is recommended being applied in thinner layer for better releasing gas generated during reaction. The second coat should be applied in different direction to the first coat. The optimal coating rate is 2.0kg/m² for thickness of 1.5mm.
