Our complete and automated glass Beer Bottling Lines and invididual Beer Bottling Machinery are applicable for capacity 1~10KBPH and glass bottles of  various sizes from 250ml to 660ml. The bottling line is quite suitable for micro and mini breweries.

A typical bottling line comprises the following machines : 1. Automated depalletizer(optional, manual depalleting is also feasible for small capacity.)2. Loading table3. Bottle Washing Machine (Not required for new bottles)  4. Light visual inspection unit (Manual inspection) 5. Bottling Machine: Triple-block Combined Rinser / Filler / Crowner The tri-block machine has three functions: rinsing the bottles, filling beer into the bottles and crowning the bottles with the caps. Recycled glass bottles after being washed by the bottle washing machine or new bottles are rinsed with the sterilizing water and drained with the sterilizing steam air flushing in the rinsing block. Bottles are filled with beer in the filling block with double pre-evacuation & counter-pressure filling in the filling block.
