Use:
This machine is a new type film laminating machine researched and developed by the current environmental protection energy-saving new technology, mainly used for laminating the window-opened type packing box, and as well as to the fullbreadth presswork lamination. This machine uses the water-soluble environmental protection glue and BOPP film. The finished products features good agglutination performance, high diaphaneity, can dissolve away the spray powder on the presswork surface and do not appear the snowflake spot, make the paper surface bright, beautiful, water proof, anti-fouling.
Structure characteristics:
1 The machine adopts immersion coating method to make coating more
uniform and glue-saving, It features non-crusting, non-freezing, easy cleaning, reasonable structure and easy operation.
2.The machine adopts four-roller double pressure laminating to make
product stable and reliable and itself more suitable for thick and thin paper laminating.
3.Five sets of finished product rolling trolleys equipped with the machine can make product have enough time to solidify.
4. Operating power of the machine single-phase 220V.Adopting imported famous brand control electric elements; the machine can run steadily without faults.
5 It is equipped the automatically perforation setting, and can easily increase the production efficiency.
