Forming system
consist of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transferring platen. Platen size: 1450X470MM; 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 32pcs of forming molds and 4 pcs of transferring molds in total. Forming efficiency:17-18cycels/min.Equiped with Vacuum auto drain system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold, preheating system and auto control cabinet.
Drying system
Outline dimension: 41080X2650X3600MM;single layer conveying chain; Heated by section;Multi burners;the temperature of each section can be adjusted independently; burners with internation famous brand.The enery of option: LPG,nature gas, diesel oil. Equiped with auto control cabinet.
Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying
Height limit pressor
It will press and make the products more compact after stacking so that storing and transporting will be more convenient and cost-effective.
