LXB Series bag cement packing machine is a new product and it adopts new type control mechanism , its features are simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and automatic functions of bag press and release, throttle close and bag dropping without any pneumatic element and it has more advantages such as high precision measurement, reliable operation, convenient adjustment and maintenance etc.. So it is chosen by various cement designing institutes and factory users firstly because it is especially suitable for the users in China. There are two type measurements for the cement packer: mechanical balance and computer balance. The mechanical balance is made according to our patent technology with features of lower cost, simple adjustment, reliable measurement and its measurement precision is up to the national standard. We have two types of computer balance: one is model RWK-1 computer control system developed by our company according to cement packing characteristics ,its main advantages are higher measuring precision, audio-visual regulation, stable measurement and accumulated quantity of bags and other data;display function etc; the other type is model EDI-312 computer control system imported from Yamato Weigher Co. LTD, Japan. a user can choose any of them according to his demands.
BGII Series Fixed Packer is mainly used for pouring cement into bag and can also be used for pouring good floating performance powder material into bag. We can also manufacture any special packer according to the user’s demands.
