2 Main control circuit is controlled multipointly by programmable logic controller(PLC),being accurate and credible,with steady performance.
3 Main motor adopts AC inverter with wide range of varible speed and stepless adjustment.
4 The temperature control circuit is composed of conponents such as intelligent temperayure controller,solid state relay,thermocouple and etc.The temperature is controlled accurately and indicated clearly and set conveniently.
5 Multipoint track and test are realized by photoelectric switch and electro-magnetic proximity sensor,enabling a precise cutting point,and parameter of pack length and pack speed is controlled correctly and credibly.
6 The adoption of forward and reverse intelligent tracking further promotes tracking precision ,reduces tracking time adn avoids waste products.
7 The machine has the function of stopping at a predetermined position so as to efficiently prevent film from burning.
8 Accessories could be added according to requirements of customers,such as printer of date and batch number,various automatic feeding devices,winding device of flim side,angle device of packing bag,etc.
