Main usage:

This production line is suitable for 50ml,100ml,250ml and 500ml glass I.V solution bottle manufacturing and the whole line is made up of ultrasonic delicate washing machine,delicate washing machine,filling and stoppering machine,and capping machine.

the production line is also suitable for washing ,filling ,sealing for other liquid machine (such as :syrup)

Performance &characteristics:

1. The whole line is with series connection mode,clear structure ,elegant appearance ,the line can be separate in different purified class section , and set the buffering area, the bottle deliver do not cross area ,and totally conform with the GMP requirements.

2.The line can be made like this:fine cleaning &filling in one machine or filling & stoppering in one machine ,then the line will be short with less space and less operator.

3.The rough washing and the fine washing is totally separate and finished in two machines ,avoid the cross-contamination.

4. The bottle washing machine apply the modern structure ,rough cleaning adopts the same place for bottle input and output . This saves the operator and the machine space. At the same time the rough cleaning and the fine cleaning bottle output style all adopts the twice bottle receiving technology , this solves the problem of bottle collapse and broken.

5.The rough wshing adopts the box type ultrasonic bottle washing ,completely overcome the brush hair loss , bottle stayed in the ultrasonic water fir a long time, can reach the requirements of thorough degreasing and decontamination ,Good cleaning effect and the low bottle breakage rate,
