Binary Aerosol Filling Machine consisted of three machine :dualistic compressed air filler with capper ,dualistic liquid filler,booster pump.
First use CJXH-1600G dualistic compressed air filler with capper fill the compressed air into the can, then cap the valve( with the bag) onto the cans, then use CJXH-1600G dualistic liquid filler fill raw materials into the bag of can to completely, insulate raw materials from can body, propellant takes compressed air (purification) to substitute propane and butane liquefied petroleum gas, Dimethyl Ether, etc., thus,
the bother brought by leakage of raw material eroding the can body is settled. Open the valve when using, the compressed air in the can presses the raw materials out of the can, and it stays in the can when the materials are completely pressed out, so it can be reused.
